Viva Seattle....

Well....what a week Jess and I had out on the west coast. Other than being shell shocked by the traffic, Seattle was a great time. We spent a majority of our trip looking for places to live. Lets just say rent is a little more costly than in good old North Dakota. We toured around our future home of Redmond, stopping at numerous "communities" looking for a dwelling. Every complex is like a mini resort.....boasting pools, spas, tanning beds, work out facilities.....literally the works......Redmond actually reminded me a lot like Northern Saskatchewan with all the huge douglas fur trees and thick bush around the densely populated region..

When we weren't looking at places to live we caught a ball game (Mariners vs. Red Sox) and spend a afternoon down on the docks....checking out the aquarium and the famous Pike Street Market.

My biggest observation.....The rain theory is a myth.....it drizzled a bit..but you don't even need a umbrella......

I love big city radio stations..they are not afraid to go there....Adam Corolla in the morning...greatest thing ever!!! Thank you 107.7 for that..

Everyone has a BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Land Rover, Hummer, Cadillac Navigator or Jaguar.......thats it....it was insane....never seen so many BMW X5's in my life....

All in all it was a great trip and we are looking forward to our relocation in August....
